Production

We are the holder of quality certificates by ISO 13485.

The microtools are manufactured in controlled environment using certified instruments and appropriate production steps. The precise production of microtools is assured by six hundred times magnification within the process of production, which is in case of ICSI pipettes secured by four PC checks and the final check prior to packing.

Packing

Medical preparations are packed in clean rooms of class C by using modern machine equipment.

This packing meets medical requirements and guarantees barrier sterile properties, printing and labelling.

Sterilization

We perfom validation of the sterilization dose acording EN 552. As a rule, we supply a record of the sterilization dose received that is guaranteed by contract in minimum value of 25 kGy.

The process of sterilization is controlled by dosimetry and validated according ČSN EN ISO 11137/1,2,3

Advantages

The pipettes are made of medical grade borosiliate glass.
To meet international standards as well as the requirements of the FDA, the pipettes are sterilised by gamma-radiation.
The pipettes are manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards respecting the following parameters:

length of the pipette
bending angle of the tip
beveled angle of grinding
inner and outer diameter of the tip
length of the tip

Upon customer request, we are prepared to produce any specification.
By means of microbiological tests as well as by mouse-embryo-test (MEA) each lot is screened to assure the highest possible safety for the user.
The pipettes are singly and sterile packed and can be taken out of the protective package easy, quick and safe.
For better differentiation the pipettes are delivered in different coloured packages.

Holding micropipets are used to hold the oocyte or blastocys.

Microtech standard Holding micropipettes are prepared from borosilicate glass tubing (O.D. 1 mm, I.D. 0,75 mm), total length 5,5 mm and length of arm 1 mm, bending angle 20°- 40°. They may be ordered in 3 different sizes small O.D. 80 μm, medium O.D. 100 μm and large O.D. 120 μm. Small and medium have polished opening an I.D. of 15-20 μm, large size has an I.D. 25 μm.

The micropipettes are made straight or with bending angle 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°
